We’ll explore the winding streets of the old town, visiting the Roman bridge, the blue-domed Church of San Andrés, and the historic bullring, remarkably built within the natural contours of the gorge. We will have lunch either overlooking the village or next to the flowing river, where you can enjoy regional Castilian dishes paired with local wine, Manchuela — the ideal setting to relax and soak up the atmosphere.
