We can skip the full visits and make shorter “peek stops” instead.
The highlight of this tour is an extended visit to Valencia’s Central Market. More than just a market, it’s the beating heart of local life and one of the largest food markets in Europe. Here, surrounded by colorful produce, hanging jamón, and the scent of oranges and spices, we’ll treat you to a light curated tasting of Valencian specialties: local olives, artisan cheeses, jamón, turrón, chocolates, and a sip of something special — regional wine, cava, or freshly squeezed orange juice. You’ll meet local vendors, hear about Valencia’s deep agricultural roots, and see how tradition and daily life come together in this beautiful Art Nouveau landmark.
