Step into the world of Spain’s gourmet tradition with our Valencia wine conservas tasting in a our cosy indoor traditional ‘garden’. This immersive Valencian culinary experience combines the region’s artisanal tinned foods, or conservas, with expertly paired local wines, offering a delicious insight into Valencia’s culinary heritage.
Guided by an expert host, you’ll learn about the history, production, and flavors behind these iconic Spanish delicacies while enjoying a relaxed tasting in a cozy, atmospheric setting.
Your tastings will include five gourmet tinned seafood choices (such as calamaris, octopus, tuna belly, mussels and razor clams) along with three vegetarian options, Spanish jamón, local cheese, two types of olives and olive oil, turrón (Spanish nougat) and three regional wines.

How Booking Works
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your tour (+VAT when applicable).
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour.
We aim to accept all bookings. In the rare case we cannot accommodate your request, you will receive a full refund promptly.
