We’ll pick you up right from your hotel, apartment, cruise port – wherever is easiest for you – in private, air-conditioned transport (or start on foot if you’re in the historic Old Town). No fixed timetables, no navigating buses, no tired feet before the day even begins. Just settle in, and let Valencia come to you.

We’ll visit the historic center of Valencia, where we’ll take our time wandering through pedestrian streets, colorful plazas, and century-old buildings. With playful commentary to keep kids and teens engaged, and lots of stops along the way, this part of the tour feels more like exploring than sightseeing. You’ll have time to visit up to four main monuments or museums of your choice — favorites include the gothic La Lonja Silk Exchange (a UNESCO treasure), the underground Roman ruins at L’Almoina, or climbing one of our medieval towers for spectacular views. And because this is a family adventure, we always make room for breaks — maybe an ice cream in Plaza de la Virgen, a stop at the Gulliver playground in the Turia park, or watch some impressive stunts at a local skate park.

When lunchtime arrives, you decide where – in the historic center, near the City of Arts and Sciences, or even at the beach with views of the Mediterranean, surrounded by children’s play areas and locals enjoying volleyball or beach soccer. Whether it’s traditional Valencian paella, kid-friendly tapas, or something sweet and simple, we’ll make the reservation and let you recharge.

We  also drive past Valencia’s most iconic sights — the old bullring, the elegant North Station, the green curves of the Turia Riverbed Park, the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, and the sparkling Mediterranean coastline. No rushing, no worrying about directions — just time to enjoy the views, take photos, and hear the stories that bring the city to life.

With a full eight hour Valencia family tour, your family has the time to enjoy everything Valencia has to offer — history, modern architecture, local flavors, seaside air, and plenty of unforgettable moments — all at your own rhythm with flexible stops when needed and recommendations of parks and activities for  youngsters.

• The exact itinerary varies each time, since this is a private tour just for you. It depends on factors such as opening and closing times, tour start and end times, meeting point, walking pace, weather, and most importantly, the preferences of our guests, ensuring you receive the most personalized experience possible.
  
• The price of lunch is not included in the tour cost (to allow for flexibility) and will need to be paid directly to the restaurant on the day. We would be delighted to help organize lunch for you at a local restaurant within your preferred budget. If you like, your guide can accompany you to assist with translating and ordering, or you can meet your guide after your meal has finished.
  
• The Central Market is open Monday-Saturday from 7 am-3 pm, so for tours outside of these hours, we can only see the market from the outside.
