With your private guide and vehicle, we’ll spend the day discovering the areas that locals love most, from elegant city streets and modern residential zones to charming seaside villages and countryside communities nearby.
We’ll begin our morning in central Castellón, where life revolves around sunlit plazas, open-air markets, and palm-lined boulevards. As we explore, you’ll get a feel for the city’s key neighborhoods — from traditional districts with their friendly, close-knit feel to newer areas offering contemporary homes and convenient access to schools, shops, and healthcare. Along the way, we’ll stop for a coffee or a visit to a local supermarket, giving you the chance to experience the everyday lifestyle up close.
Around midday, we’ll pause for a quick or relaxed local lunch, depending on your preference — perhaps fresh seafood near the marina at El Grao, Castellón’s charming port district, or a traditional rice dish in a family-run restaurant frequented by locals. Over lunch, we’ll chat about everything from the cost of living and property options to healthcare, transportation, and cultural life, helping you understand what day-to-day living here truly feels like.
In the afternoon, we’ll take a scenic drive along the Costa Azahar to nearby seaside towns such as Benicàssim or Almazora, each with its own personality — Benicàssim known for its golden beaches and laid-back vibe, and Almazora for its quieter, family-oriented lifestyle. These surrounding areas often appeal to those seeking more space or proximity to the sea, while still remaining just a short drive from Castellón’s city center.

If you like, your guide can accompany you to assist with translating and ordering, or you can meet your guide after your meal has finished.
