We aim to accept 100% of our tours but in the rare event we cannot accept your request, you will be fully refunded in a timely manner.

To make a booking with us, we require a 50% down payment (+tax when applicable). Please note, the rest should be paid on the day.

Option 1: Business/Self-Employed Payment (VAT EXEMPT – Save 21%!)
Pay only the base price without VAT by providing your business name or tax ID number.

Option 2: Standard Payment (+21% VAT)
Regular payment including Spanish VAT.

Important: Although non-Spanish individuals typically pay 21% VAT for services, businesses and self-employed people are EXEMPT.
If you have a business name OR tax ID number (from ANY country), you qualify for the VAT-exempt option – regardless of whether you claim this as a business expense or not. This applies to sole traders, freelancers, and registered businesses alike.
