- Up to 1 month before the tour: 100% refund (minus any banking or exchange rate fees).
- 4-2 weeks before the tour: 50% refund.
We understand that plans can change. In the case of force majeure—such as cruise ships not docking, flight or train delays, serious illness, or bereavement—we will do our best to offer a full refund or reschedule the tour where possible.
For cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the tour, outside of force majeure, we aim to be flexible and will work with you to reschedule the tour to another day or time, depending on availability.
Please note that for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the tour) or no-shows, we are unable to reschedule or offer a refund, as arrangements and costs have already been incurred.
We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance. In cases where rescheduling is not possible, travel insurance may reimburse you. We are happy to provide any required invoices or documentation to support your claim.
